BB blasted off in the mid 90's like a mouthfull of Skittles filling their Los Angeles audiences (literally tossing handfuls of candy to their fans) with a warm, happy and buzzing just-ate-candy-feeling. Often described as a blend of Carpenters, Sparks, B-52's, Stereo-Lab, Nu-Wave and Lawrence Welk. BB were part of the alternative Silverlake pop scene centered around the legendary SPACELAND.
